The culmination of 4 years of work will take place on January 25th with New Energy Economy’s oral argument against PNM’s coal & nuclear replacement power. New Energy Economy needs your support to sustain their long battle to shut down the San Juan Coal Plant and secure replacement power that is based on sound economics, environmental benefits, and ratepayer protections. An overflowing courtroom and a full overflow room makes an impression and the faces of real citizens provides a stark contrast with suits in the room representing PNM. Be there.

The Supreme Court’s decision on this issue will be an historic one. And, if they rule against PNM’s coal and nuclear, it will open up the possibility for a just transition in New Mexico like nothing before –
