Join with others to advocate for NM’s Health Security Act on Monday, Feb. 13, 4 – 7 p.m. at the home of Margaret Lubalin, 2957 Viaje Pavo Real, in Santa Fe.
Concerned about the future of healthcare? Let’s not leave our healthcare up to the powers that be in Washington. Let’s pass our own single-payer health plan – the New Mexico Health Security Act – and set an example for the rest of the country. This bill is currently in committee in the State Legislature. And you can help get it passed.
Drop by for a half-hour, an hour, however long works for you. Bring your kids. Get them involved. At this Open House Activism event we will make calls and write letters to our representatives to urge them to support this universal healthcare act for all New Mexicans. It supplies coverage regardless of age, income, employment, or health status. It’s a plan that will actually save New Mexico hundreds of millions of dollars. For more details go to https://www.nmhealthsecurity.org/health-security-plan/.
Together we can take charge of our own healthcare in New Mexico. See you there!
